This course helps individuals, groups, teams and managers foster closer working relationships during interactions to improve business performance.  It includes mini-lectures, assessments, group discussions, role-playing exercises, skills practice exercises in real-life experiences for participants to explore and discover their communication gaps, apply and practice the various interpersonal managerial communication skills.
