This interactive workshop uses a team/peer-based learning approach to get all participants engage in skills-building exercises, open discussion and feedback, sharing and transfer of knowledge. The activities are designed to enable the participants to leave the program with the awareness of their communication gaps and the needed skills to become better communicators. The participants are encouraged to use ‘real-life’ case scenarios for peer and group discussion, reviews, critiques and propose improvements.
