This means that the interviewer needs to use the skills, tools and behavioural questions to conduct interviews objectively. This is a practical, interactive and lively workshop. Through role-playing exercises, participants are engaged in simulated workplace scenarios to demonstrate their interviewing and process skills when conducting the behavioural interview.
