I was at Kaula Belait to conduct a workshop.  Kuala Belait, an Oil and Gas Industrial Area, is the second largest town іn Brunei, after Bandar Seri Begawan, the capital. I stayed at Swiss Apartment Hotel, in the midst of Kual Beliat Town.
