In brief, fulfillment refers to feeling good with what you are doing that matters to your life. Naturally, what you love to do has to be aligned to your personal value, meaningful to your purpose of life and bring you a great sense of satisfaction.
However, fulfillment is not constant, as it changes in the stages of a person's life journey. Therefore, increasing self-awareness of what is important through reflection can certainly help to make a person experiencing more fulfillment.
I hope you will be able to find "what you love to do and being able to do it more" to experience fulfillment in your reflection. Just like I did.
Take a moment to apply the 3 steps of ERA cycle (one of simpler model of reflection) as follows:
Experience. Think about an experience of work-related or different context.
Reflection. Reflect on what happened in that experience and examine your feelings about what happened
Action. Think about the action to take as a result of this reflection
Take note that there may not be new action to be taken if you have positive experince of the situaton, and feel good about yourself.
