You sighed hard and repeatedly regretted why you have entered your profession.
You are losing the passion of what you do, and the purpose of holding on to your job. You did it because it seemed that there was no better choice then andnow.
“Try not to become a person of success, but rather a person of value whether it is at the office; at school or in your own organization, being a person of value sets you apart from the rest” – Quoted by Albert Einstein
I am fortunate that I found my passion and purpose of doing what I do. Getting value from customers to keep businesses going and offering solutions that brings them the results became the purpose of my profession. The PASSION of achieving that purpose of being a person of value to others became a driving force.
It doesn’t mean I had an easy job, and there are no UPs and DOWNs in what I am doing. Like any other working professionals, I am facing different challenges, and one of them is to close sales above competitors in a competitive environment. But knowing my PURPOSE of doing what I do and develop the passion make my job more enjoyable and fulfilling each day. And it is my intention to keep it that way.
So, I want to be a person of value to people that I interact with and make my job a fulfilling and meaningful? What about yours?
