- Gain insight to understand your specific business needs, training and expectations during Training Needs Analysis Meeting
- Gather inputs on your organization's real-life challenges, concerns, and issues to contextualize a customized training proposal.
- Receive your feedback on the customized training proposal, revise and prepare an improved version for your review and approval.
- Deliver experiential workshop that involves the active participation of your people, and follow up with a post-course evaluation
- Feedback and if need to, work with you to further develop or reinforce the future training needs of your people
We support you with the pre-training and follow-up activities include pre-training survey, individual assessment, mystery shopper program, post-training evaluation report, coaching/mentoring and reinforcement skills roadmap to support your talent development plan
