  1. Gain insight to understand your specific business needs, training and expectations during Training Needs Analysis Meeting 
  2. Gather inputs on your organization's real-life challenges, concerns, and issues to contextualize a customized training proposal. 
  3. Receive your feedback on the customized training proposal, revise and prepare an improved version for your review and approval.
  4. Deliver experiential workshop that involves the active participation of your people, and follow up with a post-course evaluation
  5. Feedback and if need to, work with you to further develop or reinforce the future training needs of your people

We support you with the pre-training and follow-up activities include pre-training survey, individual assessment, mystery shopper program, post-training evaluation report, coaching/mentoring and reinforcement skills roadmap to support your talent development plan
